OCCUPY STUDENT DEBT

I am an older student (over 35), a parent/foster mom and meticulous with student loans, only $8,500 total in 6 years of school. Since leaving school, I had all my payments to 1 California university campus “stolen” by a third party, a politician and his party headquarters, and for that my loan payments to date at that university were disallowed for my trouble. After that, Student Direct Loans “claimed” my then $11,000 loans, with interest and graduate school, even though I had consolidated with SallieMae. I have watched SDL ”run away” with my loans, although every year I pay or receive deferments from SallieMae without fail. SDL now claims ”on behalf of the DOE” over $90,000 on my original $8,500, having added $20,000 per month when I contested their ownership of my loan. I talk to the same representative each year at SDL who claims now not to have received any calls/correspondence over the years and, thus, that validates their usurption of my loan, she says. The usage of my loan is criminal, and I have refused to work with any of it. I hope your organization will come up with a solutions that the lawyers i talked to about my own situation could not.
