Getting my Master’s. This was a very proud moment. It cost me $121K, because it’s a Master’s in Oriental Medicine and Acupuncture which is currently only offered at private colleges. While I have the best intentions to pay this off I realize it’s incredibly unlikely. I have been trying for the last 6 months since I got out of school to set up an income based repayment plan but have faced one obstacle after another. Now I’m looking at my first payment in January and once again I was denied due to yet another new paperwork glitch they seem to have invented. Frankly, I’m frightened.
